Its not bad compared to football. I dont play on the superfast guns but I played in shorts and a t shirt makes it more fun cuz u have so much adrenaline and you play much smarter and better cuz you dont wanna get shot.

last time i went paintballing my buddy got shot in the stomach from 3 foot away with no shirt on buy his girlfriend. we missed the games becuase he was at the hospital getting chunks of his stomach cut out. I decided its probably safer to play with lawn darts
