So what race would be the best for a lvl 10 alliance hunter?

Best is subjective. Many racials are situational. Depends on what you like. Worgen get more crit, a nice sprint. Night elves can "instant vanish" with shadowmeld. Hunters get the 1% crit from guns and frost resist. Draenei get more hit, not really necessary because you should be hit capped with BoAs anyways. A semi-useful heal. Shadow Resist isn't sort of useless, because no fear is in the bracket really. Human get an extra trinket slot. 2 AGMs. But...it is too big of a difference to not get the resil from the insignia. It scales great at 10.

I would personally go Worgen>Night Elf>Dwarf>Draenei. But that's just me. All racials are situational. And it could boil down to looks, as well.

worgen =/= nelf, followed by dwarf third as stated above.

Much better. I'd pick gnome over any other race. Too bad, gnomes can't be hunters.
