Level 5 hunter

Hey just wondering if any1 can point me in the direction of a lvl5 hunter chardev, cant seem to find one anywhere.

Stack haste, iron counterweight (20+haste), 10+ haste on gloves, 4+ stats on chest, also get 1+ dmg scope And on boots get movement speed increase. This is the way I do the most DPS
