Their racials are pretty nice quaking Pom is pretty good against all Melee classes, and the food buff is pretty good too. The. Again bloodelfs get arcane torrent which gives focus and that's pretty good.

Only the "Well Fed" buff is doubled, rum will be the same for them as everybody else.
