Scroll of resurrection question

Hey TI community, hopefully someone has either used the Scroll of res, or is just knowledgable enough to answer my question.

So on the WoW site it says a free char boost to 80, and an optional character transfer and faction transfer to your friend's realm and faction. It then goes on to say the rewards can't be split, so you can't xfer one char and make another 80.

My question is does it automatically boost the char to 80 that you select to transfer? Or can you deny this reward (since leveling isn't hard anymore). So could i offer to server and faction change my 19 twink without having him leveled to 80?

It automatically takes it to 80 no matter what you choose.

I believe there is the option to just transfer it, without levelling.
