Question regarding goblin quest gear.

I know it is possible to get the goblin blue quest gear then faction change, but how is it done? I can't seem to complete the quest chain without dinging 11. is there a trick to retard exp gain? Thanks!

for for kill quets only kill the lowest lvl mob, so if theres a lvl 8 mob and a lvl 6 of the same mob, kill the lvl 6.

You can have a 85 or any lvl toon kill stuff while you follow in ghost form, while dead

You cannot use an 85. For my 2 Goblin toons I had a friend make one with me and I forgot that I could go ghost form and take 0 XP from the kills until around the Pygmy Camps at level 7, do not use any heirlooms at all! Using this technique you should get out at level 10 with around 100 Experience or around 3k Experience if you did it like I did into level 11. Hope this helped.
