log wow, press esc, keybind, find somenthing like: "target the nearest enemy PLAYER" click and press tab. Now u'll target the neares player and anything else. Means that in pve for example when u press"tab" u'll not switch the target. or u can keybind on "target the nearest enemy PLAYER" shit+tab.
Well if you are using Tab targeting which isn't ideal but still decent, you should go to your keybinds menu and toogle the tab targetting only for players. that way when you tab you don't target pets, totems or whatever, only players.

You can bind "Target nearest enemy player", in the default Key binding interface, Which is rather clunky, but it'll work.
Just bind Tab to "Target Nearest Enemy Player", in the interface, And that should get you the desired effect, if i read everything in this thread correctly.

If you press esc and click keybindings and then search untill you find target nearest enemy player you can bind tab to that instead.
