Am I missing any gear on my twink?

Priest is kinda tricky gearwise, I usually run with 4 sets in my bags. Max crit/hit ,Pure heal (no hit) haste, FC (max stam) and a spi mix set.
My advise would be pick up as many stuff you can get :)

You may want an Arena Grand Master to replace your Discerning Eye of the Beast or to switch out with your Inherited Insignia of the Alliance while it's on cooldown. You should also look at getting an Enumerated Wrap of the Sun or Enumerated Wrap of the Sorcerer depending on whether haste or crit is more important to you. Other than that, looks pretty good. Someone who knows more about Priests may be able to make a few more changes.

Well, considering there are so many different gear sets, you are technically missing a lot of gear. In the 15-19's section, there's a stickied thread that has all of the cata gear... You might want to check that out. I don't know what your plan is, but you can faction change to get alliance gear as well, then possibly come back to horde but that's all up to you. Quest items and dungeon items stats can and may change in MoP. With that being said, possibly some non BiS gear right now will be BiS in the future! I'm hoping not too many items will become grandfathered, but it's always a good idea to pick them up while you can before it's too late. Hope this helps.

7 hit rating is enough to cap you, so I'd recommend ditching the wand for either Durak's Wand or Firebelcher, as the +2 hit on it is being wasted.

AGMs 12stam and active are better than Eye of the Beast in most circumstances, the 2% mana is almost entirely useless in PvP.

I'd also consider one of the 5/5/5 belts, either with haste or crit, +5 of either of those is usually worth the loss of 1 stam and 1 int.

Looks good though.

Disc priests are the one class in the game right now that has strengths in both healing and DPS at the same time. This will change in MoP, but for now, you should be considering the value of both roles without having to respec.

You should always be shooting for these stats unbuffed:

1300 HP
22% crit
4% hit
2200 mana
200 spellpower

These are well rounded stats for both healing and DPSing, You always want to be hit capped because you don't want your Psychic Scream to miss, it's one of the most valuable tools your class has at level 19.

Good ways to get hit capped, Wand + HP BoA staff (for horde), Spidersilk Cloak + Ring from Deadmines.

My priests:

Aìrwalks @ Dragonmaw - Game Guide - World of Warcraft
Specklephart @ Gorgonnash - Game Guide - World of Warcraft

Notes:

Some people prefer extra CDs to manage, such as Lifeblood (herbalism) or Engineering tinkers, but I prefer static stats such as + 7 stam and + 3% crit. Generally in situations were Lifeblood is needed to get ahead of incoming damage, you're probably going to die anyway. I used to have Lifeblood on my priests, and it was a 15% haste buff which dropped Flash Heal to a 1.2 sec cast time (instead of 1.5). Many times when I used it, it was either not needed or I died anyway. So I dropped it for 3% crit from skinning.

Mining, on the other hand, is free stam. Stam is always useful because you can grab gear that gives you more throughput instead of having stam pieces.

My general rule of thumb: pick professions that compliment your base stats.

Good Luck.

The 2 hit is useless, ever heard about night elf passive dude?

their is no BiS, i'd say get all the crit pieces and the stat pieces play some games then adjust accordingly. I play with less crit then most other priests because its my preference but everyone has to decide for themselves. Also the strength of herb is because unlike mining it can be used to help keep yourself up OR your fc/team. With proper positioning you can exploit herbalism to just pump out flashes when someone is getting bursted and i can tell you its won me many fights from personal experience, Not to mention the offensive possibilities.

70 extra health from mining or a healing DoT that does about 10x that...? I choose herbalism

Lifeblood does not heal you for 700.

Effect #1 Heal
Value: 72 to 216

But it DOES provide you with 55 haste rating (15% @ 19) which is only semi useful in high pressure situations. I use it @ 29 with my priest who also has Power Infusion, and stacking them actually provides a good amount of spell haste (read: worth using).

But all by itself? No, Lifeblood tends to suck.

tbh most of the time if ur getting tunneled that hard for that long its because probably because A. You are in the wrong spot or B. your team died. if A, fix it if B, use lifeblood and keep them up.

How can 7 stamina outweigh the ability yo whenever you want heal yourself for around 250 Hp + getting the awesome 55 haste which ALL classes benefit from in this bracket really much. Do you have any idea how good 55 haste scales at lvl 19?

Because 7 stamina is 24/7 always there. LB is a 2 min CD with a 20 sec duration, which means it only has a 16% up time, if you're using it on CD. Translate the benefits of LB into a 24/7 buff and it becomes 9 haste rating and a 12-36 hp heal. 70 HP > 9 haste rating any day of the week. If you turn 70 hp into a 2 min CD it becomes 420 hp for 20 secs every 2 minutes.

No matter how you look at it, 70 hp > Lifeblood.

That's why I dropped it. There are no situations where 20 secs of 15% haste will make a game changing difference.
