i am not afraid of 84's. i am hit and expertise soft-capped on my 80 rogue against them.

well we'll just have to see how it plays out. i dont think 84s will be able to get any quest items, but there will still probably be good boes added in
and we have to see how strong our reduction will be stacking the new pvp stats

How useful. You're a rogue, maybe capping hit (maybe, not really worth it) and hitting the target from behind is a better idea. Mine rarely has an issue killing 84s that aren't healers with next to no CC.
