24 Rouge BiS without BoA

Heya, Im creating a 24 rogue twink but I wont have acess to BoA for a long time so I was wondering what would the best chest/shoulders/head be instead of BoA's?

Im human, and I cant be bothered creating a DK atm, might do later but for now I would just wanna know whats BiS without using BoA!

gosh what is the problem? I asked for BiS without BoA and all you tell me is to get them, like do you people have problem to read or what? I dont care how easy I can get BoA's, I only wanted to find out what is BiS without them and sorry for sounding rude but this pisses me off.

I'm sorry I thought you were trying to twink . If u don't wanna grind for boas , ur just hurting that group ur in . How you gonna grind for bis wrist from gnomer or rings or arena trinkets . To each their own .

Head - rifle commanders eyepatch
chest. - templer's vest
shoulders - I have no idea

heres my flag returner. you'll have to find alternatives for chest and head. im guessing eyepatch and the stv quest chest for non boa agil stacking.
edit: shoulders come from decks and use bands of serakis while you farm gnomer for the rest of your life waiting for emissary cuffs of +9. i also need petros and prisoner shoes. so much to do, so little time!
