They're not, even though some of the rare monsters that sometimes drop these are in alliance or close to alliance territories. The pants look exactly like Infantry Leggings.

I also like Runed Copper Set - Transmog Set - World of Warcraft on mail wearers if you have the chest formula and are willing to level blacksmithing. Goldendays has an awesome horde only transmog set for a Hpally using this.

If you're going for looks and not for BiS, then the above set is fine.
If not, you have to remember that both pally and warrior can't MoG chest and shoulders

I'm doing this on my paladin currently. It looks a lot cooler on paper than it does ingame, imo. Holy pallies wear a true mail heirloom chest, and can therefore transmog them. The runed copper set also match decently with the pally plate heirloom or unmogged magician's mantle. Not fantastically, but decently.

I'm using Bloodcup Slippers to mog over my Corpse Rompers, and Foreman's Gloves for my leather gloves. Both match the color palette, and look as plate-like as cloth/leather get.
