US - Bracket's not that active at the moment, so I doubt anyone's willing to fund a new char as it will ultimately lead to nothing.

you need to have XP off 30-34 and farm satchels and then at 35 and farm satchels using dungeon finder

Most classes could probably find better gloves without satchels.
