i sold one about 9 months ago for 16k. i already had it, so no loss. then another one about 5months ago for 8k. it is in now way worth 100 USD. but anywhere upto 20k is reasonable

It is quite a low drop rate and is fairly rare. It is the best enchant for dps specs that you can put on Heirloom Chests.
