I recently opened a ticket to have my prospectors belt restored. 5 days later, GM restores the wrong item. I open a new ticket, and 3 days later the next GM says there's nothing he can do about it. Fuck 'em all.

Ah then that was before the SoR promotion. After they announced it ticket times shot straight to h3ll, it's sitting at 3-5 days : /
