Like a Programm (Shadowcraft, RAWR etc.)

what do you want to do with the tool? "theorycrafting" is a damn big thing to do, do you want to compare stats to each others, do you want it to calculate your numbers, do you want it to collect data on something?

like i go on crit or haste or max Int... for the most dps with my gear whats the better item?

Some programs are RAWR and Shadowcraft but there are for lvl85 desinged.

if you want to find SCV (Stat Conversion Value)s, i can't help you, sorry. thats about the only thing i can see you'd need for theorycrafting, most of the rest can be done using pen, paper and wits<3
