1, some of the RFC loots will get grandfathered.

2, some existing BiS items will not be BiS anymore, for example, maybe even things like shadowfang!

but i guess overall this would affect he 10-14 most instead of the 15-19 bracket.

There are currently no drops. I went in and looked at the quests and killed the first boss, no mobs drop anything yet and there are no quest rewards. We'll have to wait and see.
