Yea, would definitely switch the 7 intellect on wrists to 15 spellpower.

Shadow priest at 19 still involves a lot of Holy Fire, right? May want to consider 16sp as opposed to 20 shadow, but then again I don't know what % of your damage it comprises.

Last, since you seem to be going for crit over base stats, why not a Stillwater's Signet over Garrosh's Pardon?

Just get BoA-chest, Serpent's Gloves, argas + still water's
