I'm sure we will get something new, that 1+ all stats seems pretty nice though, i'm just hoping we can get some new gear since they seem to be revamping a few low lvl dungeons

What will the +15 fire resist on the Lava Dredger be replaced with?
What will my whole pile of Zircon Bands and Quartz Rings be replaced with?

I think they would just change a resist to a stat, such as fire resist -> strength.

Since resistances will be removed when the pandas arrive, the chant will be replaced with +1 stats.

is it a guess? or is there any info about this?

It's based on Wowhead's data mining from beta. The chant is +1 stats to cloak, and has the same chant level requirement as resistances. Yes, it's a guess, but it seems pretty likely.

As for the other resist gear, Wowhead has no information on that the last time I looked. We will just have to wait and see. Nothing in beta is confirmed as going live, and anything that does go live is subject to change.
