low level RFC is redone in MOP beta

Just saw that video, too, Mialo. 
Notice the new quests are completely different from the old ones. Which means Taragaman the Hungerer - Quest - World of Warcraft is, at this time, no longer in RFC, which grandfathers its associated gear. While that only potentially concerns 14 FCs in the 10-14 bracket (I don't recall if that quest is relevant to them), this finding does open the question of how many other dungeons got "revamped" like this one.

on mmo-champion there is this comment/answer from the open press day, it was under scholomance changes/comments:
"Deadmines and Shadowfang are similar but there was less freedom to upgrade the art or change the layout"
appears blizz may be doing another mini-cata type change to low level instances to fit them into the lore of MOP
