P2P horde and ally gold transfer trick!

im not sure if all of you guys know this but
if you have some gold on horde or alliance that you want to send to characters on the opposite faction, you can do

1. go to any neutral auction house that both of the characters can go to

2. with the character that you want your gold on, get an useless item to worth how much you want it to. (like linen cloth)

3. now buy it with the toon with all your gold.

never actually used this trick before but i found this out in prebc and im sure it still works

It's been a 15% cut for as long as WoW has existed.

The best way to Xfer gold across is through items with resale value. If you stack up Guild discount, Goblin discount, and Faction Discount, you can produce trikes for a pretty decent price, and turn around and sell them on either faction for a good amount of change.

True. You can have 2 accounts up at once , make sure your alone because I have had someone else purchase my cheap transfer before I could. Lucky me i whispered him what i was doing(name of buyer is listed in AH gold mail) and he was nice enough to mail it to me for what he paid. All you do is put it in AH for 1c at 12 hour time limit, this will charge you the least possible and you you get the full cost refunded back to that toon because the auction sells so fast. Once its in switch to the other account, do a quick search and it pops up 1c. Now all you have ot do is AH on that faction for full worth. And yes there is a 15% fee. If you sell an item for 2k you'll get 1.7k from the sell. Old school way of doing it. A note on that as well , I remember back in EQ when you lended cash to a friend and it was to be repaid, some would put a useless item up on their Bazzar toon priced for what ever the payback was, This way that fried could come along at time and repay them. I see that a lot in wow. Useless items for 30k or more. I know we have mail but some people just like the old ways.
