What would be perfect for MoP

This isn't planned but i was thinking about it.

Imagine that Trial accounts would be allowed to lvl up to lvl24:

- less problems of balance (no more lvl 24 against lvl20s)
- new quests available (not added, but quests doable for lvl24)
- new items (not added but wearable because of the increased lvl).

As much as four extra levels would help, it's really the enchants the p2p have access to that is their icing on the cake.

To put things in perspective, imagine being a BiS F2P level 19 twink Rogue in WSG playing against P2P level 19's with +15 agil on each of their weapons and how shit you would be compared to them just within two item slots.

you're definitely getting the first...the Dodge+Parry for hunters will go a long way to fixing the hunter problem imo. Pallies are still going to be a thorn though.
Hunters need more than that.
- >20% dmg reduction
- Focuscost on Consc shot
- Disengage, Scatter or Pet abilities taken away
- Deadzone

Dodge alone is an 18% damage reduction across the board for frontal assaults against Hunters.
Rogues, Pallies, and Warriors will be able to Parry Hunter attacks which gives them another 13% damage reduction against Hunters.

Also, Hunters loose the ability to Parry so that means they get an additional 13% incoming damage from melee attacks (this is your Deadzone tradeoff).

- 18% to 31% outgoing damage
+ 13% incoming damage
Granted, it's all situational but, at least for me being a Druid who isn't bothered by Concussive shot, I foresee Hunters being much less of a challenge.

All still doesn't matter since you can't sit on them bc of the seriously amount of CC still available. Even if I get 2 in combat charges as Warrior, they still have Disarm/Stun, Scatter, Cons AND Disengage. Same goes for most casters.

like i said...since i'm a druid i don't have to worry about the Concussive shot & Disengage (and their pet cc's are on long enough of a cooldown that they're usually a 1-shot deal).

But for everyone else, because of Dodge & Parry, their Concussive shot will land 18-31% less frequently. Keep in mind that its on a 5sec cooldown so their favorite CC is getting that same nerf as well.

I'm not saying Hunters aren't going to be able to CC any more. A well played Hunter will still be a king of CC imo...but I'm saying it's a HUGE nerf and brings them much more in-line with the majority.

Should add a ghost wolf companion pet, though not necessarily shaman specific. Also should add AV starting at lvl 10 because that would be hilarious without mounts.

do you have a blue post speaking about that?

YES. Would lengthen all ques though. then again, if you have 3 ques up at all times, its just gonna be instant pop after you leave 1
