Quest items on Alliance?

Hello TI, good to see you again!

I'm back in biznizz (business) and looking to get the best gear I possibly can for my priest. I'm looking for a list of quest-items that would be good to pick up before I faction change to horde to finish the character. So far I've come up with the 18 fire resist, 18 arcane resist head AND the argas ring.
Do you have any suggestions for what I could pick up? Seeing I'm rather new to the cataclysm quest rewards, I could be missing out on something semi-curcial!
