Quest rewards with no level requirement can be xmog'd onto BoA's and sent through the mail still

That item has no level requirement on it ... so in theory it should work ... but there are people reporting that not all do (although I've never had any trouble with the ones I wanted to xmog)

level requirement = character level, not ilvl ... i guess i needed to make that more clear

it worked but it took more than one try i think you have to mail them kind of fast.

thank god my new shoulds actually match now.

yeah, i've found it works better, although i did wait a day once and it still worked....it just seems that there is a bit of randomness to it. seems like head xmogs fail more than others
