Actually all they would be able to do is remove the effect. They can't ban you for something the game allows you to do. All they can do is fix the issue. Just saying i didn't know there was a socket for any thing other than belt. i tend to play the low end not the end game.

Alot of twinks have been banned in the last 2 weeks for gem exploiting. If you still want to do it, go ahead.
