The play value is essentially 0g since there are quest rewards of +5sta +5 int and +5sta +6int. I might pay upwards of 300 or 400g for novelty (remembering the good ol' days of twinking.

it's a sentimental item. It has no real value other than it's an oldschool item.

Not viable in any set unless u think 1-2 int > 5 stam.

Wouldn't even pay 1g myself, but yea, perhaps you can find someone to buy it for a modest sum for its novelty value.

As far as I can see it's not gfed, just very rare (like the tarantula silk sash) and from a specific rare only.
