which is currently 0 unless someone has PROOF that people are being banned/suspended for this. All ive seen so far is claims and armories with activity dates from during the "ban".

like it makes a difference if you have 40 res or 40 ap. Either way ordinary twinks cant scratch/stop you so how is it any better exploiting defense gems over offense gems?
