best F2P class (against BiS 24's)?

In Russia F2P can group queue with friends. On Aerie Peak, I mean.


Actually if you have P2P friends you can group on any server, forming full premades on AP, and recently Alliance side Moon Guard, or just queueing with one or two friends even on barren Onyxia. ^^ Failing that there is always simultaneous queueing using Yasueh's awesome addon. Or even simultaneous queueing via alt-tab and chatting, queued with some people in Hotskul's chatroom like that.
 
Against ANY good 24 any class would not be sufficient enough to survive them. Believe me.

And about Baffi: he's one of the best Ferals of the bracket. But he usually premades in small groups. 74% isn't really all that impressive tho.

ah i see...

I am a loner and i am against group queuing.

although it looks like this bracket has already matured into one where you can't really do anything impressive on your own, especially if you are a F2P toon.

guess I will pay my $15 a month and continue to solo queue games on my 70.

however, thanks for all the helpful people who replied so far.

Not really with a sacred pal, stick to a wall, almost 50% physical damage reduction, Hammer of Justice - Spell - World of Warcraft Hand of Protection - Spell - World of Warcraft ; alliance get the hat with 28% damage reduction on fire & poison.

rogues 24 are pathetic in bg against sacred pals ; just keep your 3 charges for word of glory, keep him in combat with Hand of Reckoning - Spell - World of Warcraft

most 24 solo are terrible players, just because they don't have to learn their class, maths are here to show they will destroy any average player.

Against ANY good 24 any class would not be sufficient enough to survive them. Believe me.

that's the point. there are really few good 24 players.

Hey, you don't necessarily need to draw that conclusion! I solo queue frequently.

F2P certainly is a lot about working together, but you can have that in PUGs, too, just not with certainty, and luck might throw you a chain of horrible or great PUGs.

I'm quite slow in gearing on Aerie Peak, even though the people there are awesome, as I like pugging and always hop back to my 'main'. I do have a few level 20 friends on Onyxia, but that doesn't mean that I only join BGs grouped.

He is on Ap so he can que with friends nad yes he does sometimes

It really depends on what you're comfortable with.

In my honest opinion, warriors are the best FCs for premades(that's if u have dedicated healers).

But that's the challenge of the F2P bracket.

Holy Paladins and Rdruids would be better with a non-premade. But it doesnt matter because a 24 will global you regardless.

I saw this happen moments ago, wasn't the best pug was it cer? but i agree with what others have said, against a good 24 your likely to die regardless of class choice but don't let that stop you, you will come across good and bad 24s on both sides and depending on many circumstances you don't have control over, you'll either win or loose

24 Warrior and a Geared 20 rogue was in the Flag room, hiding. No matter what I did, they 2shotted me even in bear form.
With 2 24 Hunters in midfield.

Was a lovely game, it's too sad I afk'd.

looking at your SS, i feel that you would have done better if you played paladin/druid/shaman instead of warrior/mage (both are pretty weak imo).

so i am going to give this bracket a try :)

I don't actually think so in these situations. With Mage, I capped 3 flags in 8 mins without a premade, staying with the FC and getting the EFC, I didn't spend 1 min that game in midfield. Warriors game was actually pretty though against 4 24s. It was 0 - 0 when I came in. I'm glad to say I solely turned the game around.
 
mage or hunter

hunters do enough damage to kill them, mages have counterspell which is going to hit them no matter what, despite the level difference

it is indeed almost impossible to bring down a competent (rare, i know) 24 with ~2.5k HP+ without being one of these two classes at 20

That's alright, I'm not that shy. People here already know how bad or maybe occasionally decent I manage to play. ^^

I actually have no recent screenshots, as I've been away on holiday until yesterday.

Most recent: Only been in two BGs on Swagduffle@Aerie Peak, this was the first, solo-queued two weeks ago:

Second BG was with two others from AP but we ended up losing badly against some 24s. ^^

These are all the AchScreenshotter shots from two weeks in reverse chronological order, can't be bothered to sort through them. I just noticed that I didn't solo queue as much as I thought recently, so the first ten or so are all BGs we queued into with two people. Two doesn't make a premade, but Cameltøtems is really good, so disregard them if you want. ^^

do AB's happen as often as WSG? if yes I am rolling a druid.

well, according to your stats on mialu it's about 3 WSG to 1 AB.

Roll a druid! Its fun and stuff.

TBH I don't play AB as much because they tend to be more hunter loaded, and I just don't enjoy them that much. WSG does pop more often but you can get AB pops, especially if you queue specifically for them and are willing to wait.
