Best lvl 60 melee twink?

Just wondering, what do you guys think is the best class to twink for lvl 60 melee right now? Warriors used to be pretty good but seem really weak right now. I'm pretty much thinking paladin or enhance shaman for big burst. Thinking more towards paladin due to good damage + survivability. I haven't really twinked at this lvl before and haven't played wow lately so I don't know how the classes are right now at this lvl...

Just to add on; I am not entirely sure how different it is at 60 compared to 64, but in 4k Ambush crits are relatively common. 5 point Eviscerate crits can get 6k+. If you are looking for insane burst, it has to be rogue. For overall utility it may be a Paladin though.

Rogue or Paladin is likely to be an unpopular choice (with other people mainly), but they are the best melee classes.

For burst go Rogue (whose survivability is pretty good with Cheat Death and Cd's). But as Paladin you at least have the option of FC/Healing as well as dps, and probably brings more utility to the table.

Either way consider going to 64 if it is purely for PvP, get the best advantage you can (which is the whole point of twinking, is it not?). Expect to be villified for it by certain quarters, just smile, use it and move on!

Remeber the good days when i played prot warrior with 90+% armorpenetration, warriors kinda sucked after thay removed it, thats the reson i lvled to 70 but thay kinda sucked at that lvl to =p old clip, its not top crits or anyting just a short clip of my 60 back in the good days 60 warrior twink - YouTube

Pure 60: I would say rogue hands down. BiS Paladin hit hard too (got 3 shot today sitting at 8k hp on my sp, so it's not bad at all) but miss a LOT of rogue tools to survive a hard focus and quick kill easily.

Go rogue. You'll just need some boosting through old content (BWL, AQ40)

I suggest a rogue; a BiS skilled rogue can truly kill any class. Paladins in mele rely greatly on procs. And Warriors although underpowered at the moment can be very powerful with the right gear and a skilled player.
