Ticket responses, like most customer support systems in general, are rarely (if ever) immediate, and usually take around 1 to 2 business days (excluding around holidays), or more for responses to be received. [I'm saying this since the OP is already expressing concerns after... only 32 minutes]
Also, adding a screenshot file to the ticket showing that you have the agility ring with the mage character will also help as a quick confirmation that you indeed mis-selected the quest reward.
