Camel Hoarder not possible on F2P - but maybe on 40+

This may be old news to some, but I can confirm that [Reins of the Grey Riding Camel] and "the Camel Hoarder" title are not possible on F2P.

After spending weeks looking for [Mysterious Camel Figurine]s on my P2P in hopes of getting my F2P another title, I can confirm it's not possible for two reasons:

1) The title is awarded upon learning the mount, not simply looting it. (Requires Level 40).
2) Non-phased players in the group cannot roll for the loot.

To recap, here is exactly what I did and the outcome:

1) Found camel figurine using NPCScan with NPC ID 50409. (Note: 50410 turns into [Crumbled Statue Remnants])
2) Clicked the figurine and teleported to Dormus the Camel-Hoarder in the Steam Pools, Feralas.
3) Upon arrival was phased with a 20-minute debuff that allows you to see/kill Dormus the Camel-Hoarder.
4) Summoned my F2P player using guild summon. F2P accepted summon and arrived at Steam Pools (non-phased). Could not see my 85 (except on the minimap), or Dormus at all.
5) Killed Dormus with the phased toon, and looted. Although a roll dialog appeared on the phased toon, the other players in the group could not roll.
6) For looting the mount I was awarded the achievement [One Hump or Two?], and for learning the mount the feat of strength [Scourer of the Eternal Sands].

However, it may still be possible to get the mount and title on a level 40+. I found the following 6-month old comment on YouTube:

A quick note, this does still work, however the low level/twink isn't able to actually Roll on the mount. It's up to the person killing it to loot the mount then open trade with the low level/twink outside of the phased area.

I can confirm that the Camel did have the 2h trade timer, but F2P players cannot open a trade window, so I'm not sure if trading with non-phased players is still possible.

**EDIT: Actually, what do you think about using Master Loot and then forcing the camel onto your F2P? I'm not really sure how ML works between phased areas - could this be worth a try?

I was thinking about that also, but then realized that even if it did work, it would only give the One Hump or Two achievement since you still could not learn the mount. I tried to test ML on some phased mobs in Hyjal, but gave up before I got any greens to drop. Will probalby try again later. It would be interesting to know, although I'm not about to hunt for any more figurines!
