Straight-up strongest healing class in the 70s bracket? I'd have to go with Discipline priests. Or vuxi.

well all the healing specs are good if you know who to play but the better is Discipline priest sick shields+ good healing+aoe fear +mana burn+offensive dispel+ mind control+average damage =win.
