i was thinking what kind of gear changes i shuld make for my arena set -still working on tsunami shoulders and that don something shield-

2 pice: head and gloves -gaining 2 set bonus, meta and a little resi-
4 pice: head, gloves, chest and shoulders -gaining 4pice bonus and resi-
imo both of theese choices looses way to many stats for me to be able to make a decision to witch is better.

More mastery. Shamans usually seem to be a glass cannon, but I'd still aim to go 4pc, which means offset chest (most mastery from an offset piece) and then use the high mastery cata pieces. Elemental has to be bursty, and it's provided with probably the most bursty mastery ingame. Capitalise on this. Might want to use a pvp trinket too (The wintergrasp ones can be reforged to mastery if you feel the your survival is ok).

If you don't want to use 4pc, 2pc with offset chest, shoulders, legs should provide the biggest boost. The helm is nice, but since you get a lot of auto-crits on the heavy hitting spells, a 3% crit effect meta is extremely useful (provides 6% more damage to spells that crit, which is often more than the mastery on a helm would provide, especially after reforging.

    Seems good outside of that!

dont think its worth downgrading leg ench just cus the chest has mastery, this toon has 50% chance to overload as it stands.

You can use the cata leg enchants on any gear at level 80. However, you need ilevel 300 for cata enchants (legs are an armor kit, so only have a level requirement, not an ilevel requirement)
