thank you for teaching me how to do something ive been doing on and off for 7 years... and actually a twinking community is about helping each other out. and in your eyes apparently helping = carried... cuz im asking for some help not someone to hold my hand

I'm not trying to judge a book by it's cover, but so far Sofabedx; you don't seem to be quite a friendly person and a bit of a douche.
When Bizr(a very friendly person in our community) tried to help send you in the right direction: You responded in a bit of a immature smartass-like way.
Guy 1: "Hey can someone help me"
Guy 2: "Yeah sure, there's a building right around the corner that'll help you with anything you need!"
Guy 1: "Or you could of just taken the time to help me yourself instead of making me walk all the way around the corner just so another person could help me? Jeez thanks for nothing"
This was the best to communicate how I am seeing this whole mess. You're not really helping yourself by coming off as some jerk.
(as far as answering your question)
The F2P Community often does runs, and there's usually always a P2P on that can group you. But you will rarely find a high level person who's willing to run you through a dungeon. This is mainly because it's a Trial Account Bracket/Community(not everyone has a paid account). You'll most likely will not have any higher levels running you through dungeons, but I am sure there will be plenty of F2Ps that are going to need dungeon runs and you could do those runs with them.
I suggest you to read some of the F2P Stickies, some of them are actually quite helpful in getting you started in the right direction with Joining the Aerie Peak F2P community.
And as I already stated, ease up with the hostility towards people. Bizr, Mialo, and Yasueh were all trying to help and yet you were pretty hostile; specifically Bizr. You aint gonna make a lot of friends that way.

Cer pretty much hit the nail on the head, usually there are at least 20 f2ps on and usually some of them are available for dungeon runs, sometimes p2ps will help you out but if you want dungeon runs, your probaly better off joining f2ps instead of trying to find high lvls to carry you. Stickies are also available on the front page if you want more info on this stuff

All of the runs you need for F2P gear can be easily accomplished without P2P help. The LFD tool will allow you to queue for runs in BFD & Stockades which drops the best F2P gear.

As far as I know there are no P2P on AP horde that are just willing to hand out dungeon runs willy nilly to anyone that asks. However sometimes there will be people that are doing runs for there own F2P toons that offer to let others tag along, I don't have any names for you but most of them post their offer in the F2P channel.
