i see some L1's with engineering. my trainer says i need L5. Is it a racial thing? Is there a special trainer? pls help. thanks

It was a bug in 2010 I think. Only those who got it back then can have it.

My level 1 has it ;D , was only able to get it between WotLK precata and current cata. i believe it was up for like what. 2 weeks?
Adds a unique feature to my toon. just waiting for a pattern to be lowered.... so i get something cool from engineering other then bombs.
