Request: Slow Moving Mobs that you know of

Anyone know of any slow moving mobs around the world that can be very easily kitted (without the need of a snare) & killed. I'm looking for any level.

Example: Zanzil Zombie outside of Gurubashi Arena (lvl 30-31).

im pretty sure some of the skele mobs in Darkshire are slow moving... lvl 20-23 i think the eye glass quest
