It's the exact same as a Shadow Priest set-up so if you know a 14 Shadow Priest then by chance it's 95% alike.

Here you guys go chardev 9 more of a dps set. I wasnt sure if goblin or troll was better but seeing as how nicely haste scales I figured the troll racial was great

Well as a Goblin you can move around more with your racials and push a bit more pressure with them, Trolls in my opinion have more of a bursty racial, my choice would be a Goblin but it all comes down to personal preference. =)

Alright thanks hows the gear look? I was gonna get conspirator's slippers with +5hit on them and use the other boa staff in certain situations.

It actually looks really good to me..The crit rating you have @ that level is very nice =P ..Now you just gotta gear it to match the Chardev ^^

Get Banshee rod of the Sun instead
BoA cloak + Resist

Appart from that, seems pretty sweet

Vastly depend on the type of play you want to do with your toon, and side too ^^

Alliance, I would probably go Human for EmfH
Horde, I would go BE for the Silence, which can be gamebreaking when facing healers in this bracket (There's not alot of Counterspell in this bracket, so it's pretty huge to have one)

Yet, Trolls are good too, and depend on the play, they can be the best.

But if you plan to play as a CCer/Annoyer, BE would be the way to go, Fear+AT = Way to annoy. ^^

It's always fun to fear people and then crit them for so high, silence the healer finish off the other person that you crit and then fear the healer ^^

That ^^

As a pally, being Feared, then Silenced and Re-Feared means, death or close to that if no insignia. Silence between fear can be literally game-breaking and so, crucial.

Yeah Or if you have a mage with you if you're doing 2v2 Wargames it's..pretty much a guranteed win, Espicially if you're both Blood elves. =

Arcane Torrent x2 = 4second Silence
Fear x2 = 10 seconds in cower
Counterspell = 2 second silence /interupt.

So if they don't have an Insignia of the horde/alliance you can pretty much have a 16 second CC chain on the healer.. =)
