transmogrifying head lvl 20 engineering if you don't have the comp

(I'm not sure I understand this correctly. So, I'm sorry if I'm not answering the question correctly. ^^)

You can transmogrify all items of the same type and that you can equip into each other. Once transmogrified the items will keep their look. So if you have engineering, you can mog LFH or WBFH to look like the goggles, if you then drop engineering, you will not be able to equip the goggles anymore, but you can wear the hat, and it will keep its look.

in fact the problem was to know if you can transmogrify an object you can wear (cloth), but don't have the comp (the goggle, i crafted them, but switched to another head, and removed engineering),

i test it, you can't use its skin if you can't wear it (yes the idea would have been to do it before removing the engineering comp, indeed thanks
