Ravage, Skull Bash, and Tiger's Fury seem sexier than Vanish and Slice-and-Dice, but I'm not sure if that would put Druid > Rogue in the hands of a skilled player. Thoughts?
currently 24 druids are pretty killer, they gain more abilities from 20 thru 24 than any other class
Enrage - Spell - World of Warcraft
Ravage - Spell - World of Warcraft
Skull Bash - Spell - World of Warcraft
Skull Bash - Spell - World of Warcraft
Faerie Fire (Feral) - Spell - World of Warcraft tool tip on damage is incorrect, way higher. i think in bear faerie fire does 600+ damage on a 6 sec CD
Remove Corruption - Spell - World of Warcraft
Tiger's Fury - Spell - World of Warcraft
also able to talent point infected wounds with 2 for 50% slow, plus a point to spend
SAP is what makes a rogue vs a feral druid. but after last patch bear form got a 200% armor buff at level-70 and lower. a 24 rogue saps and opens on you, do the typical pop/rejuv/thorns/ bear/faeire fire and you will own a rogue.
i have a 20 F-druid that is doing rather well after the last patch. going into bear is like going into a bubble mode.
on my paid account in 70 bracket some of the druids that used to stay cat near all the time are now running around in bear mode, and it can take several players to kill a bear feral druid at 70 after the last patch. that new guardian spec is gonna have a 300% armor buff...i can see a bear being seriously tuff
in MOP rogues keep crippling poison in this bracket and lose vanish. druids lose infected wound slowing and faerie fire
I usually have no problems against ferals. Or. Anyone for that matter. I've not really seen that many ferals and only faught about 2 skilled one's from Epic. Buuuut I am pretty sure I wouldn't have any problems, as a rogue, 1v1'ing that much in this bracket. May or may not be due to the fact that everything pretty much dies in an opener, I don't exactly give people time to kite me. Soo unless you're pretty much a prot pally with the kinda gear ochi has. It's pretty much a win. Not trying to brag or anything. But rogues 1v1'ing most classes isn't exactly rocket science, in any bracket.
Ferals are fucking frustrating to play as dps. When you're stealthed you only go at normal movement speed if you pick up 2/2 in that first tier 30% cat speed talent. I personally prefer rogues, but both are good
I've never looked at an opposing team and thought to myself 5 Druids FML. I see rogues and I think to myself this is going to be a long game. Only thing more scarier is when I see a ton of hunters lol.
Can a rogues 5combo evi crit for 1,5k+? - nope. Can ferals? - yes. Does ferals opener crit for more than a rogues? - YesSir. Can a feral totaly dominate a rogue? - yes if you know what to do.
Do you like cookies? If yes, you are a feral, if no, rogue.
idk i have never seen a crit from a druid higher than about 600. i normally crit on my rogue about 700ish on a druid in cat or normal form Bear form max is about 500.
Well if i know i am going against a good druid, then I open up ambush vanish then sap and then i Shadow step ambush again, eviscerate = dead druid. the druid may have been able to pop thorns but i would by then only recieve about 120-180 damage.
Please the capabilities of these classes in terms of numbers is just way to similar it comes down to play style and skill. But in reality a rogue would always get the first hit since for some reason they can always spot a druid. (Catseye Ultra Goggles - Item - World of Warcraft also help)
A well above average hunter can 1v1 a Rogue, But a Good rogue will be able to 1v1 any non well above hunters. A lot more classes than you think can 1v1 a rogue(and a feral), its just all depends on how good the player is playing the other classes. Personally Id take Boomkin over feral if it came down to druids but thats just my Opinion.
But id go Rogues>Druid unless the druid is good at knowing when its time to travel form run away and heal up.
