I'd suggest checking the reason first of all. Your account might have gotten hacked and the hacker probably has done some bannable things on your account.
If you have done no repeated bannable offenses in the past, contact Customer Support (prefferably via phone for faster result). Additionally, have a friend ticket a GM to explain your situation.

To be honest, When i saw this thread was made by a hunter, in the 70s bracket, i expected it to be a screenshot of you eating two 9k ambushes during a dance, Or 7k FB + 8k Lance + 6k tazik critical, or somesuch.
But this, ouch. As the above posters have said, keep poking blizzard. I got hacked when moving out of an earthquake zone, funny enough, he left my 70 hunter alone. Contacted a friend, she had the account frozen until i contacted blizzard once my interwebs was fixed, But yeah, best of luck, stupid stuff like this happens.

Thanks for all the messages people, hopefully I can have this sorted out tomorrow :3 This must be something like the 5th time this has happened, twice in BC and a couple of times in Wrath, but as always it's extremely vexing when problems like this arise.

It may sound extremely stupid, but have you tried logging into the wow client? If you have then ignore this and continue as Meta suggested, but that email could be a 'phishing' email, so i'd be wary. Nonetheless if you have tried logging in, call them up, explain the situation and ensure that you have proof you're the original account owner and it should be back in no time.
