Worth Levelling my 10 rogue to 15/16/19? (EU)

Hi there, I currently have a lvl 10 rogue on Draenor EU, Streetsweep @ Draenor - Game Guide - World of Warcraft is the link. I migrated all of my chars away from this server a few years ago now, so BoAs could be an issue.

Since the 10-14 bracket has no pops, I hate to see this old twink of mind get so damn dusty and was thinking about levelling it to the 15-19 bracket. Does anyone have any thoughts or comments as to what you think I should do? I quite fancy the idea of having wingblade on a lower level rogue, but idk if this is really worth it.

I will also be LF a guild if all goes to plan with this character :) Ty

Your rogue WORTH MUCH MORE at level 10 with WB then a good Off-hand weapon at19.

Stay 10, your wingblade will be kinda useless at 19.
If you want to play 19 just make a new rogue, they do not need any grandfathered gear
 
I already have a 19 rogue with shdwpang but I made it on a mates account while mine was down a few years ago so I don't always get to play it. I have rerolled another 19 rogue on my own account but just don't have the drive to finish it knowing my other rogue is there when my mate isnt online.

As a result of the above, I'm thinking 16 could be the way to go, since it is a really nice wep to have at that level, and I could easily throw together a setup similar to Primate @ Aszune - Game Guide - World of Warcraft.
 
Out of experience I was going to tell you not to level it as I wish I'd made a new 15 hunter instead of leveling my old 10 (something I did do for the priests after this lesson). But this being a rogue and having a wingblade I think that tips the scale towards leveling it to 15 (16 better for a rogue perhaps?). As you're asking for opinions here, this is mine :)
 
dont lvl it! u will regret it =/ like i did.

i didnt mind lvling my lvl 10 rogue at all, cuz its useless if the bracket doesnt get pops anyways :p
 
Well if he was us I would advise against it but I don't see a large eu 10 community I have a 16 rogue who is fun to play time to time, if ur planing on going to 19 make a new rogue IMO go to 15 and get boa sword mh use lfh on helm I prefer it over boa at 15/16

u only prefer lfh cause u dont have access to boa helms

obviously boa helm > lfh for a rogue
 
If you plan on going to 19, i would just re-level it. I find it useless to make it a 15 or 16 since you will be in the same bracket as the 19s.
 
Ok, thinking about this: chardev 9 level 15 rogue. I know i'll be in the same bracket as 19's but I quite like the idea of having all that dodge and crit, could be fun.

You will need alot of hit when you're three levels below your opponent, to miss out all stats that BoA-head offers is not very good at all. Most ppl with a normally functional brain would get this, but some needs it explained in several threads, many times...
