Vengeance stacks well at lvl 20 or 24? (Prot warr/pally/feral)

I used to twink F2P on AP ally for awhile but then I decided to play 85 for some time.
Me and a friend are thinking about coming back to the lvl 20-24 bracket.

At lvl 85, I specced prot pvp on my warrior and the vengeance stacking was quite amazing.
Does it stack too at lvl 20-24 or you die before getting a good amount of vengeance?

Hunters still raping everything?

Vengeance is no longer triggered by receiving damage from other players.

Pretty sure it's the same for all levels? I could be wrong.

Im feral and it used to be pretty good but now, vengeance doesnt work with pvp (other players atttacking you only dungeons etc)
and even if you had vengeance you cant really do shit about huntards

Vengeance is no longer gained by being hit by players or pets etc in pvp as of patch 4.3, the most recent patch

Absolutely. Now I don't like my paladin as much anymore haha. Prot is boring. Go ret and score some big TV crits.

It does stack when you hit other players now though.
