Just a few things that need updating.

Seal of Argas - Item - World of Warcraft
Godfrey's Britches - Item - World of Warcraft

Obvious things such as AGM and boa hat/fishing hat

Also you might be interested in getting Uninsured Bracers - Item - World of Warcraft and replacing your belt and cloak with satchel loots. Up to you really. Also get herb and mining if you resto.

Edit: Also Shield of the Barrens - Item - World of Warcraft could be an option. Again up to you.

Get Godfreeys britches, articbucler is perfect for resto, get tenderloas points shield for offense set, get argas ring and still still water signet, also get boa chest with 4 stats, if u cant get boa helm get lucky fishin hat, Get acquisition bracers (the 3 hit ones) with 15 sp or 9 Stam what ever u perfer, get wild rider gloves with 10 haste or 16 sp, also get vigorous belt of vision, and mabey go goblin to get rocket jump, or troll if u like there racials.

good char dev but i would highly recommend getting hit capped first. Earthbind totem carrys resto shammy, missing with a slow can be game changing.

^ This, whatever is your role you should ALWAYS be hit capped

Cap is 7, 6 if draenei.

Well i like the grandfathered items like girdle of the bindwatcher so i dont know

I'd prefer the girdle though I don't know if you'll have mana problems as a resto shaman since most goes into quick heals in other classes.
