Who's exp is off and who's really F2p?..

free

To me, at least, it doesn't seem like it would make a lot of sense to pay for the game but only play the part I could play for free.

Well, one could pay for the game, play endgame, and also play the free part for the change, challenge, and nice people.
I'm happy with my little game in the game though.

I agree with yde and bizr, ill never pay for this game again, and this aspect of the game is pretty good, there is alot to do even as a 20 so it keeps you going and there are plenty of ways to have fun, just gotta find them

True. I have done it before, but while I'm now playing on my P2P account I figured I could lock one in. Exp lock does put you in the same BG's as F2p? Or is it a bracket in it self of locked in 20's?

Xp-off for 20-24 all goes into the same bracket. Starter account 20s are in it because xp capped due to lack of expansions on the account is considered xp-off.

Says a lot about Blizzard that you can still use the same software after 3 years XD

They finally got Pirox, and it was shut down on Jan 25th. This was more of a financial motive, however.

3+ more alternatives popped up in Pirox's place, so botting will never die. Blizzard doesn't really pursue BG botting aggressively, because of various reasons. Without botters, queues at end-game would pop far less frequently then one would imagine. Second, botters play better than many human players, so judging bot from player is sometimes extremely difficult. And most importantly, they've already implemented far better ways of rewarding player skill...arena.

Payed for the game till classic started.
Quit about 2 years ago and came back as f2p last year.
If they would extend the f2p to somewhere in the 30's or 40's i wouldn't need more.
But i would never say "I will never pay again" :D It's not a money thing.

Cheers
