I have a resil set for arenas as well as a regular healing set for PvE etc.

I have full T6 gear.

Anything I could get that's better then what I have?

I personally think for healers, at 70, 40 stamina is much better than the 16 intellect enchant. However it is your personal preference.

Well it depends what you're going for. I mean this is a resil set. If you gem differently for a different set up or something, then the gloves are most certainly viable (considering the other gloves give like... 2% FoL crit chance increase).

Well, the Sunwell gloves will indeed give more resil. The Ornamented Gloves only have 18. And I already have the two set bonus going with the Ornamented set.
