Looking pretty good. Your positioning of gems is good which people often don't think enough about. I guess your meta is personal preference and seems a sensible choice, although there are other choices.
I am not a Paladin expert, but I would have taken the Guardian's Pendant of Subjagation, 24 haste>24 crit? Unless there is some secret threshold that Paladins like to hit? Also 2nd trinket, Memento of Tyrande rather than the Engi one. It is close though, and down to individual choice.
Also would the Healing Injector not be better than the mana one? Unless going oom is killing you, that one can help you survive a zerg (double LoH anyone?). But I guess you have to roll with what the RNG gods gave you with Engi levelling.

haste > crit for pve
If at all possible, I'll never try to freecast heal unless I pop my haste CDs w/ Aura mastery up. but 1 single crit from my FoL will heal for 70-100% of anyones health. Majority of the time, Haste does little to nothing for me.
What would you suggest?

so get the sunwell ring with a crit + res and ssc one int stam crit res.
also lighning shit have like almost 4% of crit and can help with hamer+lightning macro

In that case what you have there could work. I still think you are dropping bit too low with mana/SP for that extra crit though. I would still go with the Momento than the GLG.
