Well PVE Bis is Just all Swp parts, + t6 set bonus if its good (i dunno)
In PVP
You gotta setup your gear to how you play, and who you play with.
If u will take dmg go more resi, if not less resi,
If u got protection go more pve or pvp with int,
If u play with someone who needs help with nuke, Haste is very Beneficial on 70.'
(Not sayign that you dont know this.
Just that you pretty much decide what's bis for you
Aslong as it isnt Heroic gear without sockets
If this dosnt help you, Im sorry to have wasted your time ^^

whats missing: JC instead of mining, and if you want more resi go Sunblessed Gauntlets - Item - World of Warcraft also, and if ur not going for 4th set bonus go for lamellar pieces as they give more stats.
as for 2nd trinket id probably go gnomish lightning generator, probably no reforge because crit is awesome for hpalas.
