Razor OH is best way to balance your hitcap but in MH it sucks becouse its slow.
And BiS enchant MH is Crusader And Best way to proc it is with Slower weapon the better the proc chanse%.

For MH ive would use Shadowfang, BoA heirloom swords, ect something bit slower.

I never understood this mentality behind weapon choices. Slower weapons have higher chances to proc because they hit less, faster weapons hit more and therefore have lower chances to proc. This is meant to balance out the same number of procs over all weapons. I'm not saying that razor's edge is BiS MH, but I dont think the weapon speed truly matters with crusader procs.

the chance to get a proc is the same on a slow and a fast weapon if ur only auto attacking

but if u use some spells then a slow weapon will have a higher chance

I did run double razor for a few games, and compared to protectors sword, it is horrible for mh. Slower over faster for mh, for the balance. BiS is Shadowfang with crusader, and in my opinion, second best is protectors sword with crusader is second best, over the BoA.
