Jom Gabber - At 10 seconds it gives more AP than any other on use trinket and it's passive AP COMBINED.
Scarab Brooch - BiS Arena healing trinket pre-Cata. Kollectiv (R1 Shaman 3s/5s) used this for all WotLK seasons. The scale-down nerf came in Cataclysm, haven't tested if this is still great in arenas.
