Queue times on AP?

Hey guys, I just found this site and decided to make an alliance twink on AP(probably warrior or Mage). I've had a lot of experience f2p twinking before, but the one thing I cannot stand is when I make an ally character and get him all geared only to find 15-40 minute queue times. I generally end up throwing them on the back burner for weeks at a time until I stop playing them altogether. What I wanted to ask was, are the queue times on Aerie Peak as bad as other servers, and should I just make a horde instead? Thanks, and I look forward to seeing you guys in pvp!

same for everyone. Queues are same across all servers more allys and not enough horde to go around and bg. make a horde character if you please you will be welcomed in ap horde.

Yeah Horde has instant queues, queue together and generally a better community. Just be warned that you won't get an AGM without a LOT of hard work (but no one on Horde has one and I dare say most people consider a lot of the Horde players to be very good without it).

would've been nice to be there when ap started. I would guess those at the start would have had it easier than what it is now to obtain the agm.

Horde players have them, and if they haven't quit yet they'll tell you themselves that it takes probably over a month of showing up to ever chest drop.
Most of the people who get them now bring 85 friends. As for myself, I'd need to rally an effort to get one because theres always at least one person there that I couldn't kill if I were 2x as good as Neilyo

no one cared about the AGM when AP started...It was a leveling trinket to be deleted when it was out-grown (if anyone bothered getting it at all).

No one gave a poo until patch 1.7 and even then no one really started caring until 1.8 when the 19 bracket was born.
