pretty much only a goblin can do it along with many other new exploits. a well timed jump with a rocket jump is all it takes. seen goblins on top of: horde heal hut, gate/fences at alliance/horde ramp entrances, so far

Rocket Jump - Spell - World of Warcraft and Colossal Parachute - Item - World of Warcraft is all thats needed

pretty sure parachute from feralas is no longer obtainable by 19's unless flown to the vendor, however the parachute from gnomeragan is

This should be reported as soon as anyone knows how to do it, a clear exploit that would only cause bad things to the whole bracket if it becomes known by many.

anyways in this day and age of shadowstep, charge and other 'port to target' effects in the 19 bracket i would say that this would only be a minor impact to the game. (classes that don't have these moves can rage effectively anyways)

Yeah ofc if theres a way of getting to the fc standing there, it's acceptable in my opinion, but the OP said there was no way of getting there or using any abilities on him. If that is correct, it should be reported.

Can you get in gnomer at 19? Thinking you need 20.

The parachute is just inside the dungeon, no need to agro any mobs. Walk straight on in the middle between the two first paths, it's in a box on the edge of the ledge. So it's in the instance but right at the start.
